Return and Exchange Policy

At Perdesi Express we believe in serving and providing quality gifts (products) on behalf of our customers every time, and therefore we only deliver products that are fresh and new. 

Our Return & Exchange Policy is open for our customers in case they have complaints for the products or services. Please contact info@PerdesiExpress.Com

You can return the products in case a wrong order has been delivered or the ordered product does not match the specifications of the received product.

 

No Refund can be issued for failed delivery arising due to: invalid address, no response at the receiver address, or if the receiver refuses to take the delivery.

 

FLOWERS & FOOD: In case of Flowers & Food items there is no Return Policy once the gift leaves our packaging area.  Customers Orders may however be cancelled upto 12 hours before delivery time, in which case a return is exercised with an Exchange Voucher sent in email with Discount Code which may be used within 3 months. This Exchange voucher may be used to make a purchase of equivalent amount.

OTHER GIFT ITEMS BESIDES FLOWERS & FOOD:

All our products are professionally chosen from reliable vendors and inspected for quality at receipt and prior to customer delivery. 

Already packed items are not opened. In such cases generally warranty cards of such vendors are available inside. (Such as mobile phones and electronics items) and such warranty is to be claimed through the respective vendor. There is a no return policy in this case.

If you are unsatisfied with the quality of our items, please contact info@PerdesiExpress.Com with your order number within 3 days after delivery for return/replacement instructions.  The product should be in its original unused form for return.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY:

We reserve the right to cancel order and process any return.

You may cancel your order 12 hours prior to our scheduled delivery times.

Order may be canceled due to the following reasons:

 

(i) Requested by the customer. 24 Hours prior to scheduled delivery time.
     
(ii) Customer fails to provide any further verification if requested.
     
(iii) Order fails security checks.

 

If any order fails security checks and is canceled within 24 hours, no amount is charged. If the order is canceled (due to 1st or 2nd reason) 24 hours after the order is placed, we would deduct 6% of the total amount to offset the credit card processing fee that is charged to us by the credit card processing company.

  • - Our normal deliveries are scheduled twice daily: 
  • Morning Deliveries: 10:30 am
  • Evening Deliveries 4:30pm
  • Special Deliveries: As per requirements and fee.
  • On Special Occasions like Eid, Mother's Day, Fathers Day, Christmas, our delivery schedules may vary.

 

In rare cases, when customer may order more than one gift items, there is a possibility that both gifts may reach the receiver at different times on the delivery date. This is because we use different delivery networks depending on the item and route. However all gifts are ensured to reach the receiver on your specified delivery date.
